Protected Sex During Periods, Condom Failure. Taken Plan B. Pregnancy Risk?

I had sex with a girl who was on her period (4th day of menstruation ) and who said she was on birth control . The condom brok so we stopped. 30 minutes later she took a plan b because I am a worry wart and she agreed she would do so. As states, I am a worry wart so I am wondering if you feel there is any reason for me I worry at all? Thanks in advance for your professional opinion.
