Protected Vaginal, Oral Sex, Sore Taste Buds, Cuts On Foreskin Near Tip. Risk Of Stds?

I had Protected Vaginal & Oral Sex with a CSW in china on 8th April...Condom didnt break in the course.
1) I kissed her twice for 2-3 secs. and i am worried because i had sore taste buds non bleeding.
2) After we finished i removed the condom and wore my underwear, but after few seconds i was trying to pull the foreskin up and i noticed two small cuts on foreskin near the tip, (i didnt wash my hands before touching my foreskin)

Was i exposed to risk of HIV and other STDs

Hi and welcome to HCM. Thank you for your query.
Risk is almost negligible so you shouldnt be worried. Genital infection isnt likely to happen but some respiratory viruses or STD can be transmissed by kissing so if you start to feel throat pain and sign of respiratoty infection it can be caused by clamidia or gonnorhea. YOu could have injure your foreskin even through condom,it is important that it didnt break during the intercourse.
WIsh you good health.
