Provide Information On How To Use Abortion Pills

Hello, I am a girl of 20 years. I was having sex with my boyfriend without any condom or any contraceptive. The date of my last period was June 20, 2011. This time I did not have my period till now i.e. July 22, 2011.

I had done intercourse on July 1, 2011 after my last period. Before that I had done intercourse on June 11, 2011.

I have bought MTPILL (from cipla) and Misoprost 200 (from cipla). I have also purchased SPASMONIL PLUS for pain and to stop excessive bleeding after consuming MTPILL and MISOPROST-200.

Please suggest what to do...

Understand your concern
Best advice is to use abortion pill under the observation of gynecologist after getting proper guidance. Usg scan should be advisable before abortion to confirm whether pregnancy is in uterine cavity or not. Home use as self medication cause excessive bleeding, chance of failure in which abnormal development of pregnancy occur, all these require surgery and special care.
By procedure,
MT pill 200 mg (ideally 600 mg) should be taken orally after food, followed by 400 ug misoprost vaginally by gynecologist. If required another 400 ug should be taken after 4 hour under advise of gynecologist.
Bleeding will occur 30-50 minutes after using last pill. and abortion process will complete in 4-6 days.
Post abortion USG should be done after 14 days to confirm the incomplete abortion. Rest, analgesic, healthy diet with iron supplements , proper pelvic hygiene should be maintained after abortion.
Use safe sex practice in future to avoid pregnancy
