Pulsating In Lower Right Abdomen, Not Pregnant. What This Could Be?

I have this pulsating in my lower right abdomen. it goes and comes in any position i m in. My lower right abdomen is a little hard. I do a lot of strenuous work daily with my job. not sure what this could be. I am currently on my menstral cycle, so I don t think I could be pregnant.

Hello ma'am and welcome.

If the pain is only present during or around your menstrual cycle then there is nothing to worry about. But if you have been experiencing this pain even otherwise, I would recommend a visit to your doctor for a palpation and ultrasound of the affected region.
