Pulse Always High, Sometimes Dizzy Or Dark Vision. How To Lower The Pulse Rate?

over the past year or so my pulse is always high , many cases it is over 100 , at rest . my blood pressure is normal , just a high pulse . i go to the plasma center a lot ,and everything is always great but my pulse i cant get under 100 and i get denied because of that . very frustrating i do smoke but even after 2 hours of waiting not doing anything it is still high . i am in good health , am 46 , do my excercises ive had recent bloodwork done and everything looks good,, cholesterol level is fine,, just wondering why i have such ahigh pulse , even at rest..sometimes i get dizzy when i stand up , or my vision will get dark... anything will help that you can offer,,advice,,any kind of otc medication i can take to help lower my pulse,, especially for when i want to go to the plasma center ???

Heart beat / minute is more than 100 , we call it as tachycardia .
Reasons are many ,few of them are,
Tension,
anxiety,
emotions,
exercise, ,
alcoholic intoxication,
heart or lung disease.
smoking.
As you mentioned above that ,you don't have any disease.
Than consult a psychiatrist and get his opinion.
2nd change your habit and avoid tension and stress.
