Purple Bruise On The Thighs Without Injury. Have Smoking Addiction
Hi I noticed a full ring surrounding both of my thighs all around front to back I have a tiny bit of soreness I am a white female age 22 a smoker my thigh seems to be hardened and I haven t had any falls or anything occur lately and it s a purple blackish color this is surrounding my entire thigh and hips on both of my thighs

This seems an unusual presentation to be so casual about. How long has this been going on for? Is it painful? What profession are you in & has this something to do with any hobbies & does your smoking include a hubbly bubbly or any such heat emmitting device or contraption or are you exposed to excessive ammounts of heat for eg in the kitchen/furnace at work?
However, Dermatology is a visual line & as such, one would prefer a clear digital image of the lesion & you may upload it on this site using the upload data icon to the right of your screen.
This particular presentation may require a skin biopsy & as such the attentions of a dermatologist nearest you.
It is difficult to hazzard a guess or suggest a treatment unless one gets to see this in person even if in the end, it may be a mundane entity & relax there is nothing to worry about!
