Purple Patch After Lip Piercing
Hello,2 days ago i made the lower lip piercing (not by myself) and it went good, i washed it with mouthwash and using ice cubes.1 day ago i realized that i have a purple patch inside my lip, does that mean an infection? Thanks.

the purple color is bleeding inside the mucosa.it is not sign of infection. I will expect it will resolve in a week period of time. If there is any white spots,discharge at the piercing site, that is a sign of infection.
