Purple Spots On The Penis Under The Foreskin. Is It A Bruise?
Was grinding against my girlfriend earlier kinda hard while I was erect and now a few hours later I have noticed two small purplish red spots on the head of my penis underneath the foreskin when I went to pee and I am wondering if it is something to worry about or could it just be like a bruise or something from the grinding?

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have sustained injury to the glans during sexual encounter with your girl friend.This is due to vigorous friction that you had with your cloths while doing so.
Please clean the area and apply some topical antibiotic ointment twice daily Refrain from any sexual encounter till it heals completely.
