Arginate is supposed to protect the baby from growth retardation and problems due to low fluids
Ask her to take this in milk at night daily
Plenty of warm drinks
At least one glass in an hour
Count baby movements
Tske food rich in protein like egg whites, badam, ragi, milk....
N green leafy vegetables
