Welcome to HCM.
It could be due to allergic reaction of local application initially but after some time it increased due to secondary infection in it and it caused pain.
Don't worry it will take 5 to 7 days to get cure.
Apply local cream which contains steroid, anti bacterial agent.
Oral amoxy/cloxa,nsaid and anti allergic like levocetrizine will be helpful.
Take care for proper hygiene.
Consult dermatologist for further guidance and medical management.
