Puss Filled Pimples Below The Waist, Leaves A Scar Not Painful. What They Are?

Hi, I have had continuous pus filled pimples below the waist since September. They don t fully go away. I always have at least one or two, but I have had up to 6 at a time. I ve also had 3 big and harder bumps since September, but they have gone away. When the pimples go away they have left like some scaring. They don t all hurt, only some. I ve never had sex only mutual masturbation and he d go first and then it would be me. I m not sure what they are. Please help.

Pus filled pimples below the waist can be folliculitiss ir furuncle.first use a oral antibiotic and a mupirocin cream..use a mild steriod ointment to decrease pigmentation afterwards
