Putting On Weight, Laziness And Constipation. Is This Pregnancy Or Something Else?
I am 28 yrs female ,married since 3 yrs.my weight has increased to 55 kgs from 50 kgs in last one year.i used to thought that since I have taken computer based work instead of my routine lab work,jm getting weight.but i tried Ito dieting ,drink lemon water,but my weight is tstill d same,I have realised that I have inflation of my belly as if I have eaten much,or I am pregnant. I pass gas from my body at very frequent intervals.i feel lethargic and even forget things.receltly ihave experienced constipation.
Hello! If you have unprotected intercourse on the time of ovulation you should think for pregnancy because these symptoms can be from pregnancy. In our days have so much methods to confirm/exclude the pregnancy: pregnancy test with urine or blood ultrasound After you have excluded/confirmed the pregnancy you should do at least 30 min exercise in day and take fruits,vegetables and drinks to eliminate the constipation and weight.
