medical history:-
From 0-13 years from cold cuff in chest ..
But today i am fine but cought by cuff while atmosfare changes...
and also i m suffering from sinuss.. some littile just littile musel in my right side of the nose is getting big...

And i also do smoking 3 - 8 ciggerets (classic mild) in a day... And drinking occasonly...
Prob.;-
I have a problem of quik disharge with in half of minute while doing sex. And i am not married at that time and also not want to take any pill so pls help me in some other way ...

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have problem of Premature Ejaculation while having sex with your female partner along with sinus problem .
In majority of cases in absence of major health issue cause of premature ejaculation is mind related and due to performance anxiety.
Following measure will help you to boost up your confidence and getting good erection.and delay ejaculation.
1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.
3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday..
4) Avoid alcohol and smoking..
