First of all, try to think positive, quiting smoking is good but if you have been smoking for a long time then it can come in your mind that you are not feeling healthy but its perfectly normal. Try to do yoga for 10-15 mins when you wake up. That will channelize your energy towards other things that are important to you. The second alternative is to do things that make you happy. Its good to have a hobby and whenever you have free time make the most of it. In simple language try to take your mind off it.
I hope I've answered your query.

Dr. Singh
