Raised Lumps On Arms And Legs, Itching. Oozing Clear Fluid

I have these very small raised lumps on my arms and legs which get itchy, sometimes I scratch them, they ooze a little bit of clear water like fluid and then the site gets even more raised around it, it then bleeds and scabs over, the scab comes off and it s gone, but the scab stays for a few days. I ve had them for about 2 weeks now and it s driving me crazy.
