Raised Red Bumps On Sporadic Parts Of Legs And Waistline. Doing Workout On Styrofoam Cylinders. Any Ideas?

I have smallish raised red bumps on sporadic parts of my legs and waistline. Maybe 8-10 total. They look like mosquito bites, but they don't itch. Only thing I've done differently is a workout that began with 30 min of rolling out on hard styrofoam cylinders on outsides of upper legs. Could it be broken down toxins releasing through my skin or could there be something more serious going on? Any clues?
