Random Occasions Of Quick Pulse While Resting
I have been experiencing random, hard heartbeats within the past few months, and they have been occurring more frequently recently. I notice them mostly while I am not doing any physical activity.

As you told about hard heart beat, possibly that means palpitations. If so, we can go for acardiac check up done, if you are more that 40 yr of age an a with or without cardiac risk factors lile high blood pressure, diabetes, smoking, high cholesterol etc.
Otherwise its a common phenpmenon with anxiety.
So dont worrry and wish u a healthy heart.
