Rapid Heart Beat, Shaking Of Hands. Cause?

Hello i am Aziza from Afghanistan, i am 25 years old, i have a problem hope you help me. when i present lecture or talk for 5 minutes or more than that my hearts beats so fast, when i am relax doing nothing i checked my heart beats its 105 or 100 per minutes and also my hands are shaking. would you please tell me what is the causes ? thank you so much

Hi,it could be anxiety disorder.Also could be signs of a Thyroid disorder.So please visit your doctor and get yourself checked and get done routine blood tests-CBC,Thyroid function tests etc.Hope this information is useful to you.Good luck.
