As the EKG , Cardiac enzymes are normal - we can rule out suspecting a
heart attack..
and even yout TMT is -negative , so the pain it seems its not cardiac pain..
but for the symptoms you are giving like racing of your heart, night sweatings....propably due to following reasons :
1. hot flushes followed by sweatings is commonly seen in
hysterectomy patients and post-menopausal women
2. rule out
cervical spondylosis, as it may be causing the pain radiating to hand and that leading to sweats.
3. palpitations should be ruled out..it may be due to
thyroid excess ..so i advise you to get the thyroid profile done..
so until then u start using
METOPROLOL 25 MG once daily to avoid palpitations..
you can rule out your problem by following the above three steps...
