Rash, Itching Around Neck, Back Of Knees, Arms After Cutting Trees. No Help With Benadryl. Suggestions?

I was clearing a lot of brush and trees and now I have a rash around my neck on the back of my knees all up my arms... Mainly inside the bend of my arms. I have taken benadrylnandnthe itch doe not subside it does not look like poison oak patches
How do I make he itch stop. Doctor said don't put anything on it but the pramesone he Rx but te pharmacy did not have it
