Rash On Back, Itchy And Painful Bumps On Labia Minor. Have HPV. Any Thoughts?

I was cleaning out my garage this weekend and developed a plaque like rash on my back. I also found 2 bumps on my labia minor this morning. There was one and now there are two. They are itchy and also minimally painful. I was diagnosed with hpv- the cancer causing type and recently had a colposcopy and a period. Any thoughts on the itchy painful bumps?
