Rash On Lower Legs, Started After Running Through Corn Field. Applying Counter Cream, No Result. Treatment?

my daughter experiences a rash on her lower legs usually in the eveing hours. This started over a year and a half ago after she was running through a corn field with friends. At first we thought it was poision then thought maybe it was being caused by her shin gaurds after playing soccer. Over the counter creme is not helping.

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
she might have developed an allergic reaction to any material while running in field.
once a person gets allergic, the body reacts to many other substances.
She can use a mild steroid cream, but the main factor would be to identify the causative agent and remove it.
Please meet a dermatologist if it persists.

Let me know if you have any other doubt.
