Rash On Pubic Bone, Pre-cancerous Lesions On Face, Legs And Arms, Had Eczema. Used Applecider Vinegar. Will I Be Okay?

I have inching and a rash on the left side of my pubic bone. It comes and goes and the rash is very faint. I used an over the counter cream for iching and it relieve for awhile, but comes back. It is more bothersome at night and often wakes me inching. I also used applecider vinegar which helped alot. One internet site says it is common in woman with HIV which I don't have and no reason to have. I've been troubled with ezema in the past but am not free of all symtoms since I found out I was gluten intolerant and have been off gluten for 3 years. I'm going to my dermatoligist soon and will bring it to his attention if it does not clear up. I have some issues with pre-cancerous leisons on my face arms and one squamous cell on my leg and one on my arm. These have all been addressed.

Hello,
Welcome and thanks for posting your query to HCM.
I can understand your concerns for different kind of skin problem you are suffering from. Now one by one explaining the possibility:
1. The rash on the left side of the pubic bone can be simple fungal infection of the area. As vinegar (acetic acid) has anti-fungal properties so it has helped in same. Even then it would be better to apply a anti-fungal cream under medical guidance.
2.Regarding your precancerous lesion on face arms and you have not mentioned the simple clinical presentation of the same. Also how did you got to know that it is precancerous. Anyhow it is better to get these lesions excised (removed) as soon as possible.
3. Regarding the squamous cell also I would request you to get the lesion excised (removed) as soon as possible.
As you are visiting the dermatologist soon, so I request you to kindly discuss the point 2 &3. I think your rest of the queries will be solved out easily.
Hope it helps.
with good health wishes,
