Rash On The Head Of Penis, Like A Circular Ring. Cure ?

I have a strange rash on the head of my penis . I am uncircumsized and the rash doesn t itch , it doesn t burn . It doesn t really do anything but just sit there. its like white spots on head , they are just like a circular ring, its a one circular ring of such rash, and my penis becomes some blueish . below penis head from where the urin excretes just below that thers is also a one spot white spot it has been two weeks since this rash please guide me

Dear miheer91, , NON itching rashes are generally not harmful lesions on penis, mostly it,s Lichen nitidus to be safe side consult any dermatologist of your area , he will have a look a will satisfy you.
