Rash On The Stomach And Chest Spreading To Shoulder Blades, No Itchiness, Night Sweats, Post Nasal Drip, Intermittent Heart Burn. Remedy?

Hi, I have a rash on my stomach and chest for a few weeks now and recently noticed it is now on my shoulder blades. It does not always appear, aside from a few pimple like that remain on my chest but is then flared up by something. It is not itchy and I also have no fever from what I can tell but have had a few night sweats here and there, not bed soaking but leaving my skin moist to touch when I wake up. I also notice a slight post nasal drip too and slight heart burn that comes and goes. Thank you.
