Hi,
It seems that you may be having acanthosis nigricans.
There are many causes.
Syndromal, malignant, endocrinal, obesity , drug induced or no cause,i.e. idiopathic

Complete history should be taken.
Thorough examination should be done.
Complete blood and urine examination should be done.
All this should be done by dermatologist.
And then if any cause is found, it should be treated.
If idiopathic, local application of keratolytic ointment is advised.
Oral isotretinoin may be taken.

I advise you to consult dermatologist for perfect diagnosis and treatment.. Ok

Regards.
