Rashes On Inner Thigh, Painful, Pus-filled. Need To Worry?

Hi , i am a 21 year male. I suffer from rashes on my inner thigh quiet frequently due to sweating in summers. A few days ago i realised a cyst starting to develop on my inner thigh. It was painful and a few days later it started discharging PUS. I ignored it to be a rash or due to sweating. Now i notice another cyst growing just below the previous one. The previous one has grown bigger in size now. It is dry ( No pus) and less painful. Is it something to be very much worried about ? Can this be cancerous ? I am a regular smoker.

Hi,
It seems that due to irritation on inner thigh due to perspiration and friction there might be having some infection leading to enlarge lymph nodes in groin giving you this problem.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
A course of antibiotic will solve your problem.
Avoid tight inner wear, wear cotton inner wear.
Keep local part clean and airy.
Apply some talc after bath or frequently use of talc to absorb perspiration.
Ok and take care.
