Rashes On Penile Head Followed By Flaky And Irritated Area, On And Off Tingling Feeling. History Of Having Unprotected Oral Sex. Advice

I received oral sex from a women unprotected. This about over a week ago. This pass Saturday I noticed a rash on my penile head. No itch no burn. I couldn't tell if I could see tiny tiny bumps as I was on the verge of passing out. The rash ended up disappearing not completely by the next day. Now today it was flaky in the area that looked irratated. I can't tell if I have a cooling tingling feeling now. I know that's one of the symptoms for herpes and I can't tell if my mind is playing tricks. I can't sleep for the past week.

Hello
Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have acquired allergic infection of the glans of your penis due to vigorous and rough handling of your genitals during oral sex.
Since you do not have ant symptoms like itching, burning ,pain etc, it is most unlikely to be Herpes Infection.
Please clean your genitals with warm water twice daily and avoid sexual encounter till it gets cured completely.
