Reason For Amoxicillin Prescription For Tooth Infection?
Hello, I have an Rx for Amoxicillan, orig for foreign travel. 21: 500 mg tablets. I suspect a tooth infection. I have been advised to take this Rx three times daily, on an empty stomach or with food, for seven days. What do you advise? Thank you, John

Hello, Welcome Thanks for consulting HCM,
I have gone through your query, as you have tooth infection , as doctor has prescribed you amoxicillin, yes it is given in infection case as it is Antibiotic , you should take this three times a day after taking breakfast or food as empty stomach it can harm you cause problem of Acidity ,
You can take one capsule vitamin B complex once daily for 7 days.
