Reason For Chest Tightness And Pain And Low Grade Fever?

I m 57 Year old woman who was golfing with our son today. Right before we started a painful tighting on the left side of my chest happened. But, it disappeared in a could of minutes At the 8th hole it happened again and its not quitting. I took a bath and went to bed upon arriving home. I developed a lowgrade fever for about two hours but that has broken. However the tightness and pain remains.
