Reason For Congestion?

Ive been congested for about 3 weeks now, its clear sometimes yellow, and its all day long and nite, at first i thought maybe i developed allgergies so i went and took claritin, then it didnt work so i tried advil cold and sinus, that didnt work so i went to the clinic and the doctor said it was a sinus infection, so he gave me cefrozil, that didnt work and now im on azithromycin the 2nd day takin this, just wondering if the doctor knows what i really have or is just assuming.

What is the cause of it?
Based on facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Sinusitis with obstructed Sinus.
Chymoral forte with Antibiotics
with nasal douches x 2-3 times with saline warm water.
With Nasal-sprays-Oxymetazoline-Vasoconstricter.
With NSAIds-ibuprofen
With Plenty of fluids would help you to relieve from it.
