OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi,

I think that you might have bleeding disorder. I would suggest you to do a bleeding time and clotting time test done along with blood count with platelets. Start a course of Tranaxemic Acids 500 mg for 5 days and do a ultrasound examination of lower abdomen to rule out other causes.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
