Reason For Cramps, Delay In Periods And Increasing Breast Size?

Hello doctor i have been having sex with my husband and littery my periods have delayed for a week now my breasts have rapidly gained size and having cramping signs. What could be the problem. But earlier i have not been feeding on a balanced diet. Help doc.

Delay in periods occurs due to hormonal imbalances for which you need to consult your gynecologist. Increase in breast size associated with cramping could be due to fibrocystic disease of breast, you need to consult your surgeon for clinical assessment, relevant investigations and thus management.
