Reason For Dark Circle Under Eyes? Knees Making Sound When Prostrating

This is Fraz 28, male from Karachi, Pakistan.I would like to know the reasons and the subsequent behind visible dark circles under my eyes which badly affects the physical appearance also sometimes my knees produce sound while performing prostration.

Hereditary
Genetic
Familial
Nutritional
Iron deficiencies
Hormonal disorders
In some patients,according to the suspected cause, proper investigation is required.
Regarding treatment, some benefits can be obtained with the use of topical lightening agents.
Now as far as the knee problem is concerned, I would advise you to visit a orthopaedic doctor.

-lack of adequate sleep
-iron deficiency
-allergic conditions, asthma
-hereditary
-stress
Treatment of the underlying cause will help in alleviating the dark circles.Do as follows:
Drink 8-10 glasses of water. Diet rich in fruits and vegetables.
Get 8-10 hours sleep
Apply vitamin E cream in the morning and kojic acid based cream at night.
Certain clinical procedures are also available for reduction of dark circles like peels , mesotherapy etc for which you may contact a dermatologist .
For your knee problem you may consult a joint specialist for best possible guidance and treatment.
