Reason For Dizziness, Chest Pain And Fast Beat During Pregnancy?

A friend is 10 weeks pregnant 30 years old and for 15 mims today she felt dizzy her heart was beating fast and you could see her chest moving to the heart beat she also had pins n needles in both hands it lasted 15 mins and she is ok now what could this be

In early pregnancy lots of physiological and harmonal changes do take place leading to water retention and causing such symptoms.increase in blood volume.may lead to it,its normal.
