Reason For Dull Headache, Pain Behind Eyes And Base Of Neck With Tingling In Face

I have had a dull headache for the last 2 weeks, the pain is behind my eyes at the back of my head and the base of my neck, I noticed some slight bruising to my eyelid last night and today it looks like I have a black eye and my face is tingling - should I be worried?
