Reason For Ear Getting Clogged Every Morning?

Every morning I wake up with a clogged right ear. It seems to be taking longer to clear up during the day. I usually lay on that side to sleep..but have done that before & this never happened. I have almost no hearing ability at all in this ear. What steps should I take??

Hi,
Welcome to health care magic.
It suggests that most probably you may be suffering from the secretory otitis media. In this condition I personally suggest that you may take mucolytic drugs. But to rule out other disease you may go for the Impedance Audiometry.
