My Wife is 34 with a medium build body fram 5'2" tall 61 kg, She is very tired and sleeps in bed a lot without much sleep. Recovery to refresh is very slow, does not feel energetic. She want to skip rope, but she thinks it is not good for her womb that it may prolapse ?

Hello,

Decrease in thyroid hormone levels, anemia can cause such symptoms. A complete blood profile and thyroid function test are needed. Skipping will not cause uterine prolapse.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Lekshmi Rita Venugopal, General & Family Physician
