Reason For Having Red Patch With Vein At Corner Of Center Of Eye

Hello Im a 19 year old woman, and my the corner of the center of my eye has had a red patch and been very veiny for over six months. Some weeks its more noticeable than others and others its barely noticeable unless you get close. I've went to the eye doctor a few times and they suggested it could be allergic conjunctivitis and said there was no infection but I don't think that is the case because it never goes away. It looks very bright red and watery. I should also note I have a few autoimmune diseases, Crohns Disease and Ankylosing Spondylitis. Do you know anything that could be wrong with my eye that is not pink-eye?

Hi..
Thanks for choosing HCM..
The redness could be a generalized congestion of blood vessels which can be present sometimes..
As you are giving history of other chronic autoimmune diseases you need to undergo thorough evaluation for uveitis also..
If after evaluation also nothing significant is diagnosed you don't have to worry about the redness.
Hope this information helps you. Take care..
