Reason For Missed Period Even After Taking Levest Combined Pill Regularly

Im a healthy 17 year old girl 5ft7 and weigh about 9.5- 10 stone. Im on the levest combined pill. I have taken all my pills correctly, and am now in my free week and waiting for my period. But it hasnt come. However i did have sex at the second day into my free week could i be pregnant?
