Reason For Pain In The Eye And Headache During Periods?

my wife having lot of pain in his left eye with headache & vomiting during periods. after suggestion of doctor we have done following test with results :-
Pap Smear :- Smear is showing superficial & intermediate squamous cell. The background is showing acute inflammatory cells. No dyskaryosis seen. No specific microorganism seen.
Serum Creatinine :- 0.89 mg
Pelvic Sonography :- Evidence of a wall defined hypoechoic posterior wall myometrial fibroid.

Please suggest is this any serious issue. I above case can my wife will ok with medicine or any surgery required.

It is quite common with menstruation and is seen with young females. Analgesics like mefenemic acid for symptomatic relief.
