Reason For Painful Breasts, Nausea, Spotting?

Hello, I am 41, sexually active.
My period is almost 10 days late. During the last two weeks I am having symptoms like big and painful breast and, Big and painful belly when I touch them. I feel like I am levitating. Some nauseas. I feel like the symptoms of my period but my period doesn't come. During the last two days I just had few little drops of "dark" blood during the peep. First time a feel in this way, I don't know what to think. What could be about?!
Thanks

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your signs are most likely that of pregnancy. You can rule out that by doing a Urine pregnancy test.Use early morning first urine for that.If that is negative then a peri-menopausal sign also will be a possibility as you are 41 years already. In that case you should approach a gynecologist for physical examination and an ultrasound examination if needed for finding the status of your uterus.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
