Reason For Rapid Heartbeat When In Public Or Alone

I get scared of being on my own when im alone my heart speeds up and my brain starts ticking until i dont even no what im thinkin bout i cry alot aswel and panci and worry over nothing. it happens quite alot and has now started happening when meeting new people and in public, i start to get hot and heart races, what is this?

You are probably suffering from a social anxiety disorder. Where a person becomes and started to worry about meeting new people and on interaction with new people. You probably need to consult with a psychiatrist.
