Reason For Severe Chest Pain Below The Ribs After Cancer Surgery?
I had ovarian cancer surgery (stage 1C) 25 days ago, about a week ago I started to get severe pain on my right side in my rib area. Do you think my ribs could have been bruised during surgery, and why didn t the pain start for 21 days???? I have been taking Motrin and using an ice pack. Any answers or thoughts would help.

I really appreciate your concern, the rib pain that you are having may not be because of the surgery but possibly this could be because of the poor posture and that might developed the muscle pulled, maintain the right posture local rubefacient gives best result, no need to worry about this, this would come around soon, take care and have nice day.
