Thank you for choosing HCM

A migraine is a distressing disease and causes a lot of problems in people. Here are a few trigger factors which cause the issues that are happening in you:
Colds
Fevers
Sunlight
Weather changes

Other such factors can also cause the migraine. Here are a few things that you can do to help you:
Sleep well and get at least 8 hours of sleep a day
Eat meals at regular times
Inhale steam mixed with Eucalyptus oil to clear the nasal passages
Take a Paracetamol 500 when you feel you are about to get a headache
Drink lots of water

Follow up after 3 days to see if it helps you.
