Reason For Shortness Of Breath And Chest Tightness In The Morning?
hello doctor , i am 34yr old male, i had iwmi 7yrs ago and on angio gram found NO blockage ...and other cardiac functions were very normal ...i m on aspirin atorva and metoprolol 25 since then
my query is ..since 1 yr or so i m feeling short of breath only in the morning as i wake up and sought of tight chest ... but no sweating or panic as one feels in MI...what may be the reason thanks in advance

I can understand your problem if you feel chest problem in the morning like tightness and shortness of breathe then this could be because of acidic problem, reflex esophagitis is likely, you can discus this with your doctor, but this does not seems cardiac problem, hope this information helps you, have good day.
