On Friday night I noticed when I wiped I had very light pink blood (tiny amount) for the following 1/2 hr I kept going to the toilet to check it got less and less and after the 1/2 hr it stopped. I have had no pains, cramps or any problems. this is my second pregnancy. There can be many physical reasons why vaginal bleeding happens during early pregnancy. However, often the cause remains unknown. About 30% of pregnant women are examined for bleeding without finding a definite cause - ultrasound examinations appear normal, the baby appears healthy and is growing and everything seems well. Vaginal bleeding may never happen again during the pregnancy, or light spotting may occur periodically. If you start to bleed again, let your caregiver know. The following are breif causes of bleeding in early pregnancyA miscarriage,An ectopic pregnancyPolyps,A molar pregnancy
