Reason For Sudden Appearance Of Brown Spots On Body?

Good Morning, Brown moles/spots appeared all over my body seemingly overnight. They are on my neck, shoulders, chest, stomach, back and legs. What could this be? It is alarming how many there are and how quickly they appeared. Thank you in advance for your opinion. Thank you, Sharon

It could be pityriasis versicolor or seborrheic keratosis. I would recommend you to consult a dermatologist and get it evaluated.
