General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Your symptoms suggest cervical pathology. if you also have frequent neck pain, the possibility of cervical spondylitis with compression should be considered. i would also recommend you to check your blood pressure, thyroid and hb levels, as any systemic disease can cause these symptoms. A neurologist consultation would greatly help you in right diagnosis.
all the best.
