Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,

Yes, it could be papular urticaria which is a hypersensitivity reaction to an insect bite. I suggest you to use soothing lotion e.g calamine lotion. You may also take an oral antihistamine e.g Cetrizine tablet for symptomatic relief from itching.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Kakkar S., Dermatologist
